another improvement

I think we need markets and bakeries at most street corners. Sort of incorporating places close to where we live, so that we walk more, and say hi to more people, create stronger relationships with those we live around AND americans need to be introduced to better bread!

Better bread. Absolutely. My mother recently moved to Maine and every time I visit she asks me to bring several loaves of bread, so poor is the bread available where she lives.

Doing the marketing by walking to several different neighborhood stores is one of the great pleasures of living where we do.

In my earlier years of life I had a bread machine. It was delish. I would set it every morning to bake so the fresh delightful aroma would wake me and tickle my nose. Then after I showered I would go down stairs and eat some. I would think to myself everyday: "This is the happiest day of my life." And it was. It truly was.
